Meet our founder
Hi, my name is Federico but you can call me Fede.
Here's a few things about me:
I've had great mentors. That's specially true in the last 5 years which I spent working at Pacific Lake with some of the best small business builders in the country. That includes, for example, Richard Reese, who built Iron Mountain from $3m to about $3b. I've worked with dozens of software CEOs and found my areas of strength in hiring and building high performance sales organizations.
I've got a small business heart... which is a really nice way of saying I couldn't imagine working for a big company.
I'm a civil engineer by training and admire great engineers. I enjoyed, perhaps more than the average person would, reading about how the Brooklyn Bridge was built. Though to be fair, I went to the dark side and got an MBA too.
I am a huge Lionel Messi fan, which is to be expected since I was born in Argentina. That said, I've been in the US for nearly 15 years and I'm thankful every day that I get to pursue my American dream.
